Condensation between the panes
Moisture or a cloudy appearance inside the glass usually means the seal around the double-glazed unit has failed. Cleaning the surface will not remove it because the condensation is inside the unit.
Cracks, draughts or damaged beading
Cracks, broken panes and noticeable cold air can all be signs that the unit needs attention. A glazier can assess whether the glass unit alone can be replaced while keeping the existing frame.
