1. Keep people away from the opening
Move children, pets and customers away from loose or broken glass. Avoid pushing on a damaged pane or trying to remove large pieces without proper protection.
2. Protect the property where you can
If it is safe to do so, clear only loose items from the immediate area and close off the room. Do not leave an unsecured opening overnight or when the premises are empty.
3. Arrange a make-safe visit
